Details Announced For 2024 Hey Stamford! Food Festival

STAMFORD, CT — The seventh annual Hey Stamford! Food Festival will return to downtown Stamford and Mill River Park for two weekends this summer.

The highly-anticipated event is scheduled for Aug. 16-18, and Aug. 23-25, with a focus on food and community.

"Hey Stamford! Food Festival is truly what summertime is all about — coming together with friends and family to celebrate and enjoy delicious food and great music," said Hey Stamford! founder and editor PJ Kennedy in a news release.

"We are thrilled to spread out the fun over two weekends once again with more food and drink, amazing live, local music, and more excitement than ever this summer," added Ilario Altamura of Parachute Concerts.

Thursday, Aug. 15, Taylor Made

Fans of Taylor Swift and Olvia Rodrigo have reason to rejoice as "Taylor Made" makes its return to the event.

This year, the event promises an electrifying twist with a Taylor vs. Olivia dance party.

Indulge in some of Swift's favorite eats and sip on specialty drinks, inspired by Taylor. There will be fun photo opportunities, local vendors, and more.

Friday, Aug. 16, Pizzapalooza, CT’s Ultimate Pizza Festival

For just $25, attendees will embark on a pizza adventure like no other, enjoying slices from some of our area's best pizza restaurants, delivered right to Mill River Park.

Pizzapalooza will also feature viral TikTok star Julia Molinari, aka Jumo, doing live pizza-making demos.

Renowned for her pizza-making skills, Molinari shares her cooking demo videos on TikTok to inspire others to create homemade, delicious meals. There will also be the Blind Rhino Beer Garden, live music, and competitions for prizes.

Ticket includes admission, up to four slices of pizza and a complimentary beverage (21-plus with a valid ID).

Saturday, Aug. 17, Food Truck Frenzy & the first annual Rocco’s Burger Bash

Get ready for a frenzy of the region's top food trucks and restaurant vendors.

Renowned chef and bestselling author Rocco DiSpirito is set to headline the first-ever "Rocco’s Burger Bash."

This event will feature culinary demonstrations by DiSpirito himself, offering guests a unique opportunity.

Local restaurants and food vendors will compete by preparing their finest full-size burgers, which will be judged by a special panel of celebrity judges.

Guests will include:

• Adam Richman: Television personality, Food Network and Discovery +, host of Travel Channel’s "Man vs. Food."

The Hey Stamford! Food Festival will also see top local and regional talent performing on the mainstage over both weekends, featuring everything from pop, hip-hop, classic rock, 80’s hits and more.

A major artist announcement for weekend No. 2 is expected to come in the coming days.

Younger attendees can enjoy character appearances, a bubble party, balloon artists, face painters, various games, art and more.

Aug. 24 - 25 Details

Aug. 24-25, Hey Stamford! Foof Festival After Dark: This new weekend experience will feature live music, a vibrant concert atmosphere and beer garden.

Designed for adult attendees 18-plus, the weekend will amplify the festival’s renowned culinary offerings, featuring some of the regions best food vendors, restaurants and food trucks serving up an array of delectable treats.
