The Parish of Saint Catherine of Siena (220 Shelton Road, Trumbull) is pleased to announce that a collection for first- and second-class relics of St. Pio of Pietrelcina (Padre Pio) will be visiting St. Catherine's on September 14 & 15, 2024.  The collection includes

  • Crusts of St. Pio’s wounds
  • A white fingerless glove with St. Pio’s blood stains
  • A lock of St. Pio’s hair
  • A handkerchief soaked withSt. Pio’s sweat
  • A piece of St. Pio’s habit

The schedule will look like this:

  • Saturday, September 14.  Mass will be celebrated at 4:00pm & 7:15pm in the presence of the Relic, followed by Veneration of the relics
  • Sunday, September 15. Mass will be celebrated at 7:30am, 9am & 11am in the presence of the Relic, followed by Veneration of the relics

As the collection of relics embarks on tour, the parish anticipates an outpouring of spiritual blessings & profound encounters with the miraculous within the St. Catherine community. Please come celebrate the enduring legacy of St. Pio.
