WEST HARTFORD, CT — A developer has proposed turning a parking lot on Lasalle Road into a mixed-use development with dozens of condominiums and apartments, as well as commercial units and parking areas, We-Ha.com reported.

The project would be built in the parking lot behind the Webster Bank building on Lasalle Road (extending to Arapahoe Road), the news outlet said.

Officials with its developer, Lexham LaSalle Development LLC, described the proposal to WeHa.com as a "luxury residential development."
