Notre Dame-West Haven Retains Top 5 Spot In Boys Basketball Poll

Sports media members from around Connecticut selected the top 10 boys high school teams in the state.

WEST HAVEN, CT — This week's high school boys basketball poll was nearly a duplicate of the previous rankings, with the top eight schools retaining their positions and just one new entry into the top 10.

Sacred Heart collected 15 of 20 first-place votes to remain atop the pack, followed by East Catholic (4) and Windsor (1).

Notre Dame-West Haven retained its spot from last week, placing fifth in the most recent balloting.

Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, plus all other programs receiving votes.
