$33.8M Sarasota Estate Is Most Expensive Listing On Market: Realtor

SARASOTA, FL — An eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom, 11,275-square-foot bayfront has hit the market in Sarasota for $33,825,000. This makes it the most expensive listing currently on the market in the county, Michael Saunders & Company said.

Barbara Sassen May with the real estate company is the listing agent for the Harbor Acres estate, which sits on nearly one acre and has 140 feet of direct water frontage, according to a news release.

The custom-built home boasts “superb craftsmanship, refined details, state-of-the-art technology, and sweeping bay and downtown views,” the news release said.

Completed in July 2022, the modern British West Indies-style residence was designed by
Naples-based Stofft Cooney Architects and built by Perrone Construction of Sarasota. The landscaped grounds were designed by Stephen Hazeltine of Venice.
