Hooters Offers Monthly Dinners At Tampa's Hope Lodge

Hooters Teams Up With Cancer Society.

From Hooters: Hooters is partnering with the American Cancer Society Tampa Hope Lodge for monthly dinners. Each month a team from the North Tampa Hooters location provides dinner and plays Wingo with 70 guests of the Tampa Hope Lodge. The evening of fun and games includes prizes for the Wingo winners. Wingo is Hooters version of Bingo.

The May event was the 10th visit by Hooters Girls to Tampa Hope Lodge. “The Hooters team brings more than just a meal. Their warmth, excitement and genuine interest in supporting the residents is wonderful to see. Each guest ends dinner with a smile on their face and the feeling that they just made seven new friends,” said Mallory McLean, Senior Community Development Manager for the American Cancer Society. Last month’s dinner ended with a standing ovation for the Hooters team.

The partnership with Hooters and Hope Lodge started in August of 2018. Guests have found the event to be one of their favorite parts of their stay. Guests have said the following quotes in regards to Hooters monthly visits. “This is my favorite night of the month!”, “I really enjoyed your company, enthusiasm and food!”, “Thank you for making us laugh and put a smile on our faces!”, “Thank you for the great evening of food and fun. Your kindness and generosity is over -the -top!”
