South Seminole Heights Civic Association: ADU Workshop Video

SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, FL — Old Seminole Heights resident, architect and owner of (allegedly) design Patrick Thorpe and city of Tampa zoning supervisor Eric Cotton held a free Zoom workshop on accessory dwelling units and the basics of the Seminole Heights zoning code Feb. 23.

The goal of the workshop was to help residents understand how the process works and to improve ADU applications submitted to the city of Tampa. The workshop included a slide presentation, discussion of typical issues found in applications and a Q&A session.
