Bicyclist Killed In St. Petersburg: Police

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A bicyclist was killed in a Wednesday morning crash in north St. Petersburg, authorities said.

Officers responded to the crash in the 1800 block of 76th Place North just after 7 a.m., according to a St. Petersburg Police Department news release.

The victim was a man in his late sixties or early seventies. More information will be released as it becomes available, the agency said.

The driver stayed on the scene to cooperate with the investigation.
