Lisa Robbins Joins Advocate Health Advisors Client Care Team

Lisa Robbins, of Tampa, has joined Advocate Health Advisors as Client Care Specialist.

Robbins will help build and expand the company’s client retention efforts, with a strong focus on client education, satisfaction and positive health outcomes. At Advocate Health Advisors, agents help clients make important decisions regarding finding a Medicare plan that suits their healthcare needs. Team members provide support to clients before, during and after the sale.

Medicare Advantage plans offer a wide variety of medical and non-medical benefits and provide coverage for social determinants of health, such as transportation, fitness plans and meal delivery. Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65.

Previously, Lisa worked in the insurance industry for more than 10 years and in customer service for 27 years. Her background in customer service and management has instilled in Lisa a strong work ethic and passion for providing excellent customer care.
