Westfield Malls Announce New Tampa Bay Area Stores

Shoppers at two of the Tampa Bay area’s Westfield mall locations are likely to notice a number of new retailers have opened up for business or are soon to do so.

Both the Brandon and Citrus Park locations have added new stores and restaurants in recent weeks. Citrus Park shoppers will also find the Regal Cinemas there is slated to undergo a bit of a facelift and a new entertainment attraction has been added.

“With many new concepts coming to Citrus Park, this Westfield Mall offers some of most convenient shopping and family experiences in Tampa Bay,” Dawn Arvidson, marketing director for Westfield Citrus Park, said in a media release. “Between the major renovations planned for our Regal Cinemas, the Synthetic Ice skating rink, our carousel and the kids play area, Westfield Citrus Park is an exceptional center that offers something for everyone in the family.”

The Regal remodeling will include upgraded “king-size luxury recliners” in the theaters, mall officials say. How soon the work will be completed hasn’t been announced.

As for the additions to the Brandon location, Arvidson said, “Westfield Brandon is constantly evolving to provide a unique and engaging shopping and dining experience for our guests. Our newest additions will offer our shoppers a variety of well recognized brands as well as ‘new-to-market’ concepts.”

Here are the new shops, restaurants and attractions added to the Citrus Park location:

• Skating at the Park – Located near the Macy’s courtyard, this indoor skating rink offers skating for $10 for 30 minutes
• Zumiez
• Blu Spero
• Ashley Nation
• New York Jewelers
• World of Jewels
• Earthbound Trading Company

Charley’s Grilled Sups and Bubble-ology, a bubble tea establishment, have also laid down roots in Citrus Park.

Westfield Brandon

New shops and eateries at the Brandon location now open or soon-to-open include:

• Adidas
• Michael Kors
• Kelly Reeds Boutique
• Blu Spero
• A’gaci
• O’Shoes
• Ashley Nation

A Pronto wash car washing service has also been added to the mall’s lineup. As for eateries, Brandon recently welcomed Cinnabon, Smallcakes: A Cupcakery and Sarku Japan.
