We’ll be holding class every third Sunday at 11am. $16 includes a 60 minute class and one free beer pour.

Hops and Flow Beer Yoga is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and combines yoga and beer to create a fun and safe environment to get your stretch on with a cold one by your side!

Enjoy tasty hops as you journey through our yoga classes in breweries and tap rooms while socializing with your community.

We welcome folks of all levels, as our beer yoga classes are accessible and friendly for all, and a fun way to experience yoga outside of a studio.
