Adeline Sokolowsky, 76

Adeline Sokolowsky, 76, of Cumming, GA died at Northeast Georgia Medical Center on May 30, 2015. Born in New Brunswick, NJ she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Grealis. Her brothers Jack, Vincent and Joseph Grealis and sisters, Katherine Urbanski, Mary Van Ness and Claire Albert also predeceased her.

Addie is survived by her children, Raymond and Susan Sokolowsky of Cumming, GA, Christine and Jay Gregg of Woodstock, GA and Michael and Mary Sokolowsky of Gainesville, GA; sister, Bernadette Coffey of Helmetta, NJ; and grandchildren, Lauren Sokolowsky, Lindsay Sokolowsky and Victoria Gregg.

A memorial mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 2 from 6:00 -8:00 pm at the funeral home.
