Survivors include parents Huey and Gail Vaughan of Cumming, sister Lisa Vaughan Lopez of Cumming and other relatives also survive.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in the McDonald & Son Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 the day of the service.
