After 2 Years Of No Leads, Person Of Interest Interviewed In Paulding Man's Death: Report

After two years of no arrests or charges, investigators interviewed a person of interest in the hit-and-run death of Aaron Quarterman.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Two years ago, 24-year-old Aaron Quarterman was hit by a car and killed in Paulding County on March 5, 2020. After two years of no arrests or charges, investigators interviewed a person of interest this month and are pursuing another, Fox 5 Atlanta reported.

Quarterman, of Dallas, was about to start a new job in Marietta the morning he was found dead after the hit and run, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported at the time. He wasn't even a mile from his home when he was killed, and the driver fled the scene.

A Georgia State Patrol spokesperson told Fox 5 Atlanta that investigators interviewed a person of interest this month, and are pursuing another.
