DOUGLASVILLE, GA β€” A fourth suspect was arrested Wednesday in connection with a gang-related shooting that killed two teens and injured seven others while they were attending a Sweet 16 party at Sitka Drive on Saturday, March 4.

Kingston Cottman, 17, will face the same charges as the three previous suspects arrested Tuesday, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

Douglas County Sheriff Tim Pounds announced the arrests of Timothy Lamar Coleman, 18, along with twins Chase Terrence McDowell and Chance Terrell McDowell, during a Wednesday morning news conference.

All four arrested are charged on suspicion of two counts of mass murder, nine counts of aggravated assault and seven counts of aggravated battery. Pounds said Coleman was arrested in Cobb County and the McDowells were arrested in Douglas County. It is unknown where Cottman was arrested.

Pounds said during the news conference other charges are pending, including participating in gang activity, adding that more arrests will be made.

AJ’anaye "AJ" Hill, 14, and Samuel Moon, 15, were identified as the teens who died in the shooting, which also injured seven other teenagers.

The teens were not the intended targets of the gang-related shooting, Pounds said Wednesday.

He identified Coleman and the McDowells as the shooters, noting the McDowells are 17-year-old high-school students.

A Glock-9 was recovered from Coleman during his arrest, Pounds said. It is unclear if it was the gun used in the Sitka Drive shooting.

Pounds confirmed the shooting was not a drive-by shooting.

"I told my community and the public that I was going to catch these guys that committed this terrible crime in my county, and I worked along with my investigators to do exactly that," Pounds said. "I was there during the takedown part. ... I was there when the cuffs were put on them."

Pounds said Wednesday all of the teenagers who were hurt and killed were innocent bystanders.

Moon was a 10th grader at Lithia Springs High School and Hill was a ninth grader at Douglas County High.

A $40,000 reward was offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

Pounds sent a message to Douglas County parents.

"Parents can't be children's friends," he said. "Parents gotta be parents. These (children) are so young to be committing such horrible crimes, and once again, it comes from home-raising. You (have) to go back to being a parent. You've got to do that if we're going to get a handle on our children because we lose them at a fast pace, and it's going to take the parents in assisting me to help stop this. It's going to take the parents and the community."
