LAWRENCEVILLE, GA – Gwinnett residents can learn about a widening and median project on Duluth Highway/West Pike Street in Lawrenceville at a public information open house from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.

The project will widen Duluth Highway/West Pike Street, formerly known as State Route 120, from four to six lanes and add a concrete median between GA 316 and Hurricane Shoals, about a half-mile.

Turn lanes will be constructed at key intersections. The plans also call for sidewalks on both sides of the street.
