MARIETTA, GA — Before you head to the Fourth in the Park Festival, be sure to pack an umbrella before you go.

As we approach the holiday, your Independence Day festivities are no doubt confirmed. But, as most of us know, Mother Nature is fickle and could always step in and ruin the best-laid plans with a trifecta of rain, storms and cloudy skies.
