Adopt A Dog, Cat In Cobb For $10

MARIETTA, GA — Have you been considering adding a four-legged friend to your life? If so, now's the time to do it in Cobb County.

With shelters filling up, as they tend to do during summertime, Cobb County Animal Services is holding a "Tail End of Summer" special, offering $10 adoptions of cats and dogs throughout August.

That fee is for adult dogs and cats. Kittens and puppies may be adopted for $25.

Cobb County Animal Services is located at 1060 Al Bishop Dr. SW in Marietta. Its hours are 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 2-5 p.m. on Sundays.
