MARIETTA, GA — Atlanta real estate firm Bridger Properties bought several properties from Marietta's Eubanks family, the Marietta Daily Journal reported.

The sale included about 97,000 square feet of building space, which included the historic industrial buildings now used as offices; nearby retail buildings on Church Street; the pedestrian bridge across the railroad tracks; the food hall and the parking lot north of the food hall, according to the MDJ.

Bridger Properties cofounders and principals Jack Arnold and Merritt Lancaster said they don't have plans to drastically change the properties, with some change planned for the retail space along Church Street.
