Blessing of the Animals at Rock Spring Pres Church

Attention all Animal Lovers!

Community Blessing of the Animals service to be held at Rock Spring Presbyterian Church Sunday September 30th at 4pm

On Sunday September 30th at 4pm, the Piedmont Heights community and area neighbors are cordially invited to flock to a special community service to celebrate and bless the wonderful animals in our lives. The service will be held in front of and in Rock Spring church at 1824 Piedmont Ave, NE. People and leashed/contained pets are encouraged to come to this special event. Rock Spring Pastor Reverend Beverly Friedlander will lead a reflection and will bless all pets that are present at the service. Anyone can be a part of this service, with or without animals- all are welcome. A reception will follow the service with treats for both animals and their humans.
