Fulton County Commissioner-Elect Marvin Arrington, Jr. Is Featured Guest on "Game Changers"

Lisa Faulkner's hot Atlanta radio talk show "Game Changers" will feature Fulton County Commissioner-Elect Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. "live" on the air starting at 6 PM on Saturday July 26, 2014 on Love 860-AM.

"We are so pleased to have a guest of Commissioner-Elect Marvin Arrington, Jr.'s stature come into the studio to join us and share his vision for the New District 5 in Fulton County," stated Faulkner, who will be joined on the air again as co-host by Attorney Brian Poe, a well known Atlanta lawyer whose law firms are co-sponsor of the show.

The son of Marvin S. Arrington, Sr., the legendary retired Fulton County Superior Court Justice and former Atlanta City Council President, and Marilyn Arrington, a retired educator, Arrington also is a partner at Arrington & Phillips, LLP, where he brings businesses, nonprofits, and individuals together to solve problems and get results. 

As Fulton County Commissioner for the new District 5, which covers part of Midtown, Arrington has pledged to implement the reforms and changes needed to provide optimize and enhance District 5's communities and businesses.

Arrington was raised in southwest Atlanta and is a graduate of Frederick Douglass High School. After graduating high school, Marvin matriculated at the University of Virginia (UVA) in Charlottesville, VA where he earned a degree in Economics.

 After UVA, Marvin followed in his father's footsteps and attended Emory Law School, where he served as Justice of the Honor Court and earned his Juris Doctorate. A devoted family man, Marvin is married to Kristen, a graduate of Spelman College and Fulton County educator for the gifted. Marvin and Kristen are the proud parents of four daughters who attend Stonewall Tell Elementary, Sandtown Middle, and Westlake High. Marvin is a lifetime member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
