Leasing Office Opens For New Midtown Luxury Community

The first move-ins are being scheduled for the Local on 14th.

Atlanta, GA -- Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (PSREG) jas opened the pre-leasing center of its newest Atlanta property, The Local on 14th, with first move-ins scheduled July 8. The Local on 14th is a 360-unit luxury apartment community located near the Georgia Tech campus and West Midtown shopping and restaurants.

The temporary leasing office is located in the Jimmy John’s retail center near the community at 455 14th Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. The leasing office is open for daily tours at 12pm and 5pm during the week and Saturdays at 10am and 11am.

The one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, under mount sinks and a full-size washer and dryer. The LUXE units, The Local on 14th’s premium rentals, also feature keyless entry, Amazon Echo hands-free speaker, reserved parking and access to a private rooftop lounge overlooking the GA Tech golf course and Atlanta.

Residents will be able to enjoy amenities including valet dry-cleaning services, continental breakfast, a complimentary car service in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays, and dog-walking/in-home boarding of pets. Local artwork and handcrafted pieces native to Atlanta will be installed throughout the common areas.

The Local on 14th is scheduled to have the first units available July 8, 2016 with final completion expected in December of 2016. Matrix Residential, the award-winning multifamily residential management division of Pollack Shores, will manage the property.

Pollack Shores’ most recent Georgia projects include The Monroe, a 217-unit community adjacent to Bobby Jones Golf Course and The Beltline in Buckhead. Pollack Shores is currently developing Millworks, a 345-unit community off Howell Mill and is spearheading the residential portion of The Battery at Suntrust Park, The Atlanta Braves’ mixed-use development in Cobb County. Pollack Shores also recently completed Steelworks, a 317-unit community near Atlantic Station.
