One witness told a dispatcher he had video of the person seen with a gun. The caller said the person was wearing a white and black patterened shirt and black hat and had a long beard.

Another caller told a dispatcher the person was light-complexioned and was wearing a black and white hoodie with black pants and a hat.

"I didn't see him shoot him, but I saw him propped over him with the gun out," the caller told the dispatcher, noting the victim did not appear dead at the time of the 911 call.

Fox 5 reported the suspect is at large.

The APD's Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
