Tenside Apartments in Midtown Bought for $74 Million

The complex will be rebranded as Arium Westside.

ATLANTA, GA — Tenside Apartments in West Midtown has been bought by a real estate joint venture group for $74.5 million.

The complex, built in 2008, will be rebranded as Arium Westside, reports RE Business Online.

The property includes 336 apartments, almost 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a seven-level parking garage.

The apartments themselves average 900 square feet each.

Carroll Management Group will manage the complex, which is located near Georgia Tech and Georgia State University, as well as Turner Broadcasting, Coca-Cola and SunTrust Bank.
