Local civil rights advocates called for an investigation into whether a shooter targeted the Muslim Community Center in a hate crime. Ahmed Rehab, executive director of CAIR-Chicago, said in a statement that it was unclear whether the holes were caused by a firearm, a BB gun or something else.

Oswego Man Found With Child Sexual Abuse Videos Charged By IL AG

The attorney general's office conducted a search of the 21-year-old man's Oswego residence and found evidence of the videos, officials said. The Oswego Police Department assisted the Department of Homeland Security and the Illinois Attorney General's Office Sept. 4 in searching the man's Oswego residence and discovering evidence of child sexual abuse videos.

Big Lots Declares Bankruptcy, Future Of IL Stores Uncertain
