ALGONQUIN, IL — The Algonquin Area Public Library District on Friday announced it will postpone its Party in the Park, scheduled for Saturday.

The decision to postpone the party was made ahead of inclement weather, which is expected in the region on Saturday. The library as of Friday had not announced its rain out date for the event.

The party in the park is intended to celebrate the 100th day of the year, which falls on Saturday.
