Dundee-Crown's Satchel Hudson Claims Two State Titles in Gymnastics

Local gymnast Satchel Hudson, a senior at Dundee-Crown High School, finished second in all-around and claimed two state titles.

Cary-Grove High School sophomore Luka Sisauri finished first in the pommel horse at the IHSA boys gymnastics state meet at Hinsdale Central over the weekend.

Sisauri finished in first with a score of 9.5 to claim the state title. Last year, he shared the state title in the pommel horse division, according to the Northwest Herald.

Another local gymnast claimed state titles in two different division. Satchel Hudson, a senior at Dundee-Crown High School, finished in first in the still rings with a score of 9.15 and first in the vault with a score of 9.55. He also finished second in the all-around.

He also finished in ninth place in the parallel bars, fifth in the high bars and sixth in the floor exercise.
