Construction To Start On New LITH Police Station

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — Work will soon begin on a new police station in Lake in the Hills.

The Lake in the Hills Police Department will host a groundbreaking ceremony this Friday at 4 p.m. in the 2600 block of Village Hall Drive. The project will start with site clearing and grading.

“We are delighted to host our upcoming groundbreaking ceremony,” said Lake in the Hills Police Chief Mary Frake. “This groundbreaking is more than a symbol of the start of construction. This
marks a significant milestone in our community as well as towards the future of our police department.”
