Dundee Crown High School hosts 15th Annual Music Changes Lives

DCHS POMP, Parents of Music Performers, hosts the 15th Annual Music Changes Lives Fundraiser

Dundee Crown High School’s Music Booster Club, POMP, hosts their 15th Annual Music Changes Lives Event on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 1-4pm at the high school. POMP, Parents of Music Performers, invites the community to an afternoon of music performances by the DCHS Jazz Bands, Chamber Orchestra, and Chamber Choir along with a Dundee Crown Music Student Talent Show and a sneak peek performance from the upcoming spring musical, The Addams Family. A silent auction featuring a wide array of items donated by local businesses, a craft fair and a 50/50 raffle will also be available. Light snacks and beverages will be served. All proceeds benefit POMP’s scholarship programs.

“The Music Changes Lives Event is a fun way for the DCHS Music Department to showcase our talented students to our community while raising funds for scholarships,” said Christina Cummins, DCHS Choir Director.

Jamie Sanchez, POMP Co-Chair, added, “We are so proud of all of our students here at DCHS, and it’s a pleasure to watch them perform for their families, friends and the community.”
