Flooding Closes Portion of Roadway in LITH
A section of Willow Road was shut down on Thursday morning.
LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — Willow Road between Council Trail and Hiawatha Drive in Lake in the Hills was closed Thursday morning due to flooding, authorities said. Detour signs have been set to around the affected area.
Heavy rain left standing water throughout the area, including at Carpenter Park in Carpentersville. Share flooding photos here.
