LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — The Lake in the Hills Police Department has notified community members of two missing pets in 24 hours. In a Facebook post Monday, police asked for the public's help finding Huntley, a ginger cat who went out for a walk on Saturday in the area of Delaware and Apache.

Huntley is a male, domestic shorthair tiger with orange eyes, police said.

Then on Tuesday, police posted a notification about a missing dog named Buddy, whose home is off White Pine Circle. Buddy has a microchip, police said.
