A fun-filled festival weekend is in store, as Art on the Fox makes an exciting debut on the charming streets of Downtown Algonquin. Located 40 miles northwest of Chicago along the Fox River, this free-admission festival, hosted by the Village of Algonquin, will showcase the work of 75 of the nation’s top juried artists, live musical performances, and additional family-friendly activities! Guests will have the opportunity to see and shop exceptional artwork in a variety of price points and mediums including paintings, ceramics, glass, jewelry, sculpture and more. Amdur Productions is the proud producer of this year’s Art on the Fox, which will take place on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day.

"Algonquin is looking forward to hosting our 14th annual Art on the Fox this year on our award-winning Main Street,” said Debbie Sosine, President of the Village of Algonquin. “There will surely be something for everyone, from great art and food, to the wonderful stores and restaurants in our community!”

Attendees are encouraged to come hungry! Art on the Fox is sure to be a feast for your eyes, as well as your taste buds. While shopping the show, guests will have an opportunity to eat their way through the festival at a variety of restaurants just steps away. Be sure to start your day at Short Stacks for a hearty breakfast, grab a bite to eat from Cucina Bella for lunch, and make a final pit stop at Clock Tower Cupcakes, where each cupcake is a true work of art.
