Bike Arlington Heights Event Held Saturday

More than 200 participated in the event last summer.

The following information was provided in a village of Arlington Heights press release.

Join your neighbors and other cyclists at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 20th, at Harmony Park, Vail and Campbell in the Downtown, for the second of three Bike Arlington Heights community bicycle rides.

Despite cool temperatures, over 100 cyclists participated in the Bike Arlington Heights event held last month, and more than 200 rode in the event last summer.

Choose from two routes: a 5-mile course or 16.5 mile course along Arlington Heights streets and bikeways. Click here to view the tour route.

Please register online or by delivering your registration form to the Village of Arlington Heights Engineering Department.

Registration is simple. First step is to email your name, address and phone number to Peter Szabo, the Chairman of Arlington Heights’ Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Commission. Also, please email him any questions about the route.

Second, if you are an adult (18 and over) please fill out an online Release and Indemnification form. If you are under the age of 18, please have a parent fill out this online Minor Release and Indemnification form. (Links to Forms below.)
