A Taste of the Philippines (ATOTP) specializes in authentic Filipino flavors. Opened as a food truck in Denver in April 2012, chef and owner Kathy Hardy made her way to Chicago in 2018 and has been growing ever since. Now with a new location on the North side of the city, owner Kathy Vega Hardy invites you to taste a little bit of her home country, the Philippines. Enjoy lumpia, chicken adobo, bistek tagalog, ube chocolate chip cookies! The combo for two makes ordering easy.

On Saturday, September 14, Our Lady of the Wayside and St. James’ St. Vincent de Paul Societies and St. Edna’s Community Outreach are partnering on a 5K/1-mile fun run/walk to raise funds to help those in need who live in our community.&nbsp;The family friendly festivities begins with a Kids Dash at 7:45 am and the race immediately following. Awards will be presented to fastest female, male and largest family. We offer great swag to the first 100 registered.
