One-hundred-ninety-seven graduating seniors have completed the requirements of the University Honors Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. To graduate from the Honors Program, students must maintain at least a 3.5 grade-point average, complete a culminating senior project or research thesis, and fulfill other curricular requirements. SNHU Announces Winter 2024 President's List

It is with great pleasure that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Winter 2024 President's List. The winter terms run from January to May. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President's List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer. Students from Arlington Heights include:

2024 Millikin Honors Convocation Praises Outstanding Work Of Students

The Millikin University community gathered again for the annual Honors Convocation and Distinguished Faculty Lecture on Thursday, April 25, at Kirkland Fines Arts Center to honor faculty, staff and student accomplishments as the academic year approaches its close. Over 125 awards were presented to Millikin students and faculty who were honored for their commitment to academic excellence. Many awards have been created to distinguish alums from Millikin's past. Local Arlington Heights students receiving awards include:

Radlicz Named Chancellor's Scholar At Nebraska

Maximilian James Radlicz, of Arlington Heights, is among 81 University of Nebraska-Lincoln students who will be recognized as Chancellor's Scholars during the undergraduate commencement ceremony May 18 at Memorial Stadium. Radlicz is a computer science major in the College of Arts and Sciences. Parents are Donna Radlicz and Mike Radlicz. Chancellor's Scholars are students who have maintained 4.0 grade-point averages on all collegiate work at Nebraska and elsewhere.
