ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Myroslav Horton, 25, of Griffin, Georgia, is accused of battery, resisting a peace officer, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:24 p.m. July 30, at the downtown train station, 45 W. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
  • Aidan Tahoe, 19, of the 800 block of N. Harvard Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of battery, driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 7:07 p.m. July 28, in the 1600 block of N. Windsor Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
  • Samuel B. Thakurdas, 25, of the 2300 block of Lisa Court, Arlington Heights, is accused of aggravated battery, mob action, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 5:45 p.m. July 31, at Mago Grill, 115 W. Campbell St. A court date of Aug. 5 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO LAND

Karen A. Kline, 54, of the 300 block of E. Knob Hill, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to land, disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 1:20 p.m. July 30, at Village Hall, 45 W. Northwest Highway. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 8. Kline had been arrested earlier in the day and charged with reporting a false alarm via 911. She also faces a court date of Aug. 8 for that incident.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

David A. Martin, 53, of the 800 block of S. Arthur Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 4:48 p.m. July 26, at Somebody's Bar, 858 Arthur Ave. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Franklin J. Rodriguez-Colina, 33, of the 1200 block of Harding Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating a motor vehicle with no license, and was arrested at 10:26 a.m. July 27, at Dollar Tree Store, 89 W. Golf Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 9.

PHONE HARASSMENT

Sophia J. Tan, 30, of the 400 block of W. Mueller Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of phone harassment, and was arrested at 8:35 p.m. Aug. 1, in the 400 block of W. Mueller Street. She was assigned a court date of Aug. 29.
