ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — There are plenty of things going on around Arlington Heights to celebrate the 2023 winter holidays. Hanukkah, the eight-day Jewish festival of lights, starts at sundown on Dec. 7, and ends at nightfall on Dec. 15.

Menorah lightings and other Hanukkah events in Arlington Heights include:

  • Gnomey Hanukkah, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 3, Bottle & Bottega by Painting with a Twist, 10 W. Campbell St., Arlington Heights. All ages, family-friendly Sunday Funday event. Reserve your spot here.
