Lou Malnati's Announces Official Opening Date In Hoffman Estates

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — Residents will have a new legendary deep dish pizza place to order from as Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is slated to open its first location in the Northwest suburb on Monday, Feb. 7.

The Northbrook-based chain said the new carryout and delivery store, approximately 1,730-square-foot space, is located at 1407 Palatine Road, in the shopping plaza at Palatine Road and Huntington Boulevard.

The company said the new space will not include a dining room, but will offer carryout and delivery options. The menu is highlighted by the legendary deep dish pizza and features thin crust along with tasty appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts. Locals can satisfy their craving for Chicago deep dish and get their pizza fix by choosing easy curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery and drop off catering services for hungry fans.

Store hours will be 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in business, Lou Malnati’s currently operates over 60 Chicagoland locations, with additional stores in Indianapolis, Milwaukee and Phoenix.

The company will hire approximately 50 local employees and are still seeking delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff. The managers are currently holding interviews at the store and interested applicants are asked to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States and a resume, if applicable.
