Santa To Hand-Deliver Christmas Doughnuts In Arlington Heights

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — After opening presents on Christmas morning, the hunger pangs really start kicking in. For a few lucky families in the Chicagoland suburbs, Santa Claus will be returning to their homes after delivering gifts with some delicious doughnuts in tow.

Santa, along with his reindeer crew, are partnering with DwellSocial and Do-Rite Donuts to make the special trip to Arlington Heights.

"It has truly been a pleasure to work with Santa and his team to create two special flavors for the holiday season, and we're grateful to have his help with bringing the Christmas spirit and Do-Rite Donuts to a number of lucky children in the Chicagoland area," said Clay Tormey, Do-Rite Donuts area director, in a news release.

Orders must be placed by Wednesday, Dec. 20, and can be done here. When placing orders, be sure to also select the "Santa Delivery Entry!" menu option to be considered for potential inclusion on Santa's list.

In addition to the usual offerings at Do-Rite Donuts, there will also be some holiday-themed flavors, including gingerbread old-fashioned and chocolate peppermint old-fashioned.
