Schaumburg Amazon Fresh To Celebrate Re-Grand Opening

SCHAUMBURG, IL — Amazon Fresh has refreshed its store in Schaumburg with bigger selections, new self-checkout lanes, and a brand new, in-store Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. Join the fun at the grand re-opening party this weekend.

The festivities run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday both days at Amazon Fresh, which is located at 16 E. Golf Rd in Schaumburg. The first 50 people in line by 10 a.m. on both days will receive an Amazon Gift Card, plus other fun giveaways and games. Munch on free samples, including doughnuts from the new Krispy Kreme, Ben & Jerry’s and Talenti ice cream, and Aplenty pita chips.

Shoppers will also have a chance to enter the Guess The Groceries Sweepstakes, by guessing the total price of groceries packed into a cart. Other events and free samples are planned throughout the month of August.

In addition to the new Krispy Kreme shop, Amazon announced that the redesigned stores have an expanded selection of top brands from national names, as well as high-quality protein and produce, and private label favorites. Amazon said it is offering hundreds of new national and private label products across the aisles in these refreshed stores to customers, with the biggest increases in dairy, snacks, home care, health, and baking products.
