BUFFALO GROVE, IL — A coronavirus exposure last week at Buffalo Grove Village Hall has led to a limit on some services. Officials were made aware of the exposure over Labor Day weekend and Village Hall was commercially cleaned and disinfected. Village officials do not believe any member of the public has been exposed.

While normal business hours at the front service window will resume Tuesday starting at 8 a.m., some services provided by the Community Development and Finance Departments may be limited until further notice. As a result, residents are encouraged to contact Village Hall in advance of a visit at 847-459-2500. Any previously scheduled property/building inspections will be performed.

The news comes nearly a month after Village Hall was closed following another COVID-19 exposure. The decision to "protect the public" included the facility being commercially cleaned and disinfected. It was closed over the course of a weekend and reopened.
