Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates a New Retail Lease for Bullfrog Spas
This is the Third Retail Lease as the Hot Tub Retailer Continues To Expand Its Portfolio in the Chicagoland Market.
Rosemont, IL. — September 6, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a 10,200-SF lease for regional retail space located at Randall Square Shopping Center in Geneva, IL.
The tenant, Bullfrog International, a designer and manufacturer of high-end line of hot tubs, continues to expand its portfolio in the Chicagoland market with its third expansion in the last few months. The tenant was represented by three Lee & Associates brokers – Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, and Sean Bishop, Principal, of Lee & Associates Arizona. The landlord, In Retail Fund Randall Square LLC, was represented by Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher of CBRE.
Randall Square Shopping Center is a 250,000-square-foot strip center located near Randall Road and Fabyan Parkway in Geneva, IL. It is located in an important regional shopping corridor and is visible by more than 39,000 vehicles per day.

According to Scardino, “This is an important corridor for Bullfrog Spas to have a presence in and this will complement the Vernon Hills and Gurnee locations that were secured in the past few months. Additional expansions will be planned after these three units open and stabilize.”
