Providing Affordable Housing in the Northwest Suburbs

The amount of foreclosed homes in the Chicago area is down, but they are still quite a few of them out there. Robyn Sandys, executive director of North West Housing Partnership, says her agency finds these houses, rehabs them and then sells them to qualified buyers who are creditworthy but don’t make a lot of money. These buyers want the American Dream of homeownership, and NWHP tries to make that dream come true.
