  • Tatiana L. Freeman, 23, of the 1400 block of Kenmore Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of having no driver's license, suspended registration, and was arrested April 1 at Grand Avenue and Hutchins Road, Gurnee. She was released following her arrest.
  • Marianna Best, 31, of the 3900 block of Cornell Avenue, Park City, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested April 5 at Washington Street and O'Plaine Road, Gurnee. She was released following her arrest.

ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Allison J. Sweeney, 31, of the 600 block of Kenilworth Street, Grayslake, is accused of attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 8 at Route 173 and Grimm Road, Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Casey S. Marshall, 32, of South Bend, Indiana, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested April 1 in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Marshall was released and assigned a court date of April 22.

BURGLARY

Zion M. Fleming, 23, of the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested April 2 in the 38100 block of N. Loyola Avenue, Beach Park. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of April 18.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Andrew J. Price, 25, of Silver Lake, Wisconsin, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested April 3 at North Avenue and Deep Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Kenneth D. Grays, Jr., 27, of the 2100 block of Bethesda Boulevard, Zion, had a warrant for driving under the influence, theft, and was arrested April 3 in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 13.
  • Victor M. Murillo, 21, of the 2700 block of Pawnee Road, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Kane County for DUI alcohol, and was arrested April 4 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.

SPEEDING

  • Gerardo A. Yanes, 44, of the 0-100 block of Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake, is accused of aggravated speeding (90 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested April 5 at Route 120 and Three Oaks Road, Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
  • Minhaj M. Haji, 28, of the 5300 block of Greenleaf Street, Skokie, is accused of aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested April 5 at Route 22 and Lakeside Drive, Lincolnshire. They were released following the arrest.
  • Ryan R. Hebert, 30, of the 40500 block of N. Marcus Street, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested April 7 at Rena Avenue and Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was released following his arrest.

ATTEMPT TO DISARM A PEACE OFFICER

Dillon D. Leeds, 27, of the 14600 block of W. Russell Road, Russell, had a warrant for attempt to disarm a peace officer, and was arrested April 5 in the 2600 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 23.

RESISTING ARREST

Joshua P. Hayhurst, 20, of the 41400 block of Route 83, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for resisting arrest, criminal damage to property, domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 5 in the 41400 block of Route 83 unincorporated Antioch. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of this report and was assigned a court date of April 26.
