LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Veronica L. Parenteau, 60, of the 100 block of Hamelitz Court, Grayslake, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested July 15 in the 3200 block of Victorian Drive, Long Grove. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 1.

BATTERY

  • Barry J. Hackleman, 53, no permanent address, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested July 15 in the 27500 block of W. Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of July 25.
  • Ronald Harris, 42, of the 2800 block of W. Grandville Road, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 17 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Aug. 12.
  • James Graham, 35, of the 1600 block of Berwick Boulevard, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 17 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Katherine L. Reitmayer, 33, of the 26100 block of W. Oak Circle, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, child endangerment, failure to secure child in a child safety seat, and was arrested July 15 in the 26100 block of W. Oak Circle, Ingleside. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 4.
  • Ashley N. Esunis, 37, of the 1200 block of Wyndham Court, Palatine, is accused of DUI alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested July 18 at Route 12 and Long Grove Road, Deer Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
  • Juan A. Patriz-Siguenza, 35, of the 2500 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 19 at Lewis Avenue and Everett Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
  • Zarko Markovic, 48, of the 1800 block of N. Meacham Court, Niles, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (85 mph in a 45 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested July 19 at Route 12 and Pheasant Ridge Road, Lake Zurich. They were released and assigned a court date of Aug. 31.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Alexander A. Russell, 18, of the 3700 block of Willowcrest Drive, Zion, is accused of aggravated fleeing to elude, aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 40 mph zone), operating a motorcycle without classification, no insurance, and was arrested July 16 at 9th Street and Green Bay Road, unincorporated Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of July 31.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A juvenile is accused of possession of child pornography, and was arrested July 17 in the 600 block of Walnut Road, Wauconda.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Ricardo Davila, 34, of the 2000 block of Chestnut Drive, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to state supported property, and was arrested July 18 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of July 31.
  • Jesus M. Ramirez, 40, of the 40300 block of N. Sea Eagle Court, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 6.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jade A. Booker, 21, of the 700 block of N. Linden Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having no driver's license, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested July 18 at Lewis Avenue and McKay Street, Waukegan. She was released following her arrest.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • Miguel Rodriguez, 18, of the 1500 block of Cherokee Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested July 18 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.
  • Juan F. Figuera-Cabeza, 33, of the 200 block of State Street, Elgin, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested July 20 at Routes 12 and 120, Lakemoor. He was released following his arrest.
