DBR Chamber Of Commerce: Rotary Club Runs Successful Coat Off Your Back Drive

According to organizers, 1,785 coats were distributed during the effort.

The Rotary Club of Deerfield in partnership with the Northbrook and Glenview Rotary Clubs held their Annual Coat Off Your Back drive to assist those in need with winter gear. This year's drive was outstanding and 1,785 coats were distributed.

    • Chi Welcome – 326 (Migrants bused from Texas)
    • Connections for the Homeless – 298 (Homeless)
    • World Relief Carol Stream – 210 (Refugees)
    • PADS of Lake County – 189 (Homeless)
    • WINGS – 166 (Domestic Violence)
    • Ethiopian Community Association – 159 (Refugees)
    • World Relief Chicago – 112 (Refugees)
    • Refugee One – 100 (Refugees)
    • Stock the Shelves – 80 (Refugees)
    • St. Malachy School (sister school of Holy Cross) – 40 (Families in Need)
    • HIAS – 36 (Refugees)
    • Northshore Helpers – 31 (Families in Need)
    • Youth Services Glenview – 23 (Families in Need)
    • Deerfield Free Store – 15 (Refugees)
