DEERFIELD, IL — Police are looking for the owners of a cat found near Alan B. Shepard Middle School at 440 Grove Place, according to a message from the Deerfield Police Department. Police posted an image of the unidentified orange and white colored feline sitting the in back of a squad car to social media Monday night.
Anyone with information about the cat or its owners has been asked to call Deerfield police at 847-945-8636.
UPDATE: Police located the cats owners and thanked the public for its assistance.
