LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police.   • Leandro J. Basilio-Martinez, 47, of the 300 block of Inwood Lane, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 20 at Route 60 and Freemont Center Road, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
  • Brandon R. Davis-Beecher, 26, of the 3300 block of Wembley Drive, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 23 in the 11400 block of W. Carnahan Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of June 29.
  • Nathalia M. Aguilera, 27, of the 0-100 block of N. Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, is accused of DUI alcohol, illegal use of cellular phone, and was arrested May 23 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of June 29.
  • Shadi M. Nazzal, 34, of the 8600 block of N. Osceola Avenue, Niles, is accused of DUI alcohol, possession of a concealed firearm while under the influence, and was arrested May 25 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of July 10.
  • Bret A. Roseman, 57, of the 25400 block of W. Lehmann Boulevard, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of DUI alcohol, transportation of cannabis, and was arrested May 26 at Route 59 and Busse Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of July 10.
  • Kassanda L. Graff, 31, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 26 at Hunt Club and Millburn roads, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released and assigned a court date of June 26.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

Wade Smith, 22, of the 6600 block of US Essex, Great Lakes, is accused of criminal damage to government property, and was arrested May 21 at Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of May 30.

DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A juvenile is accused of distribution of child pornography, and was arrested May 21 in the 4800 block of Blossom Court, Waukegan.

UNLAWFUL SALE OF TOBACCO TO PERSON UNDER 21

Giancarlo Ocampo-Carvajal, 22, of the 500 block of Willow Court, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful sale of tobacco to a person under 21, and was arrested May 21 in the 344900 block of Old Walnut Court, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of June 12.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Daniel Figueroa, 18, of the 3200 block of Enoch Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested May 22 at Green Bay Road and Sunset Avenue, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest.
  • Cristhian Noel Perez Aguilar, 29, of the 900 block of Countrywood Drive, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested May 23 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. They were released following their arrest.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Placido Mendoza, 29, of the 21700 block of N. Engle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 23 in the 21700 block of N. Engle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of June 24.

OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE

John K. Merkel, 37, of the 600 block of Heustis Street, Yorkville, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 23 at Lake Marie. He was released and assigned a court date of July 24.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Brannon A. Williams, 18, of the 2600 block of Sycamore Drive, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm, and was arrested May 24 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of June 12.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Brett A. Clemens, of Delavan, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 24 in the 41800 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of June 18.
  • Adrian Clark, 37, of the 11900 block of Robb Court, Huntley, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, is accused of May 26 at Route 12 and Sayton Drive, Fox Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of July 10.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Quamain Perryman, 29, of the 18400 block of W. Grand Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested May 24 in the 18400 block of W. Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Jerry E. Dickens, 54, of the 0-100 block of Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for criminal trespass to property, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 25 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 30.
