Drunken Driver Endangers Child's Life: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Estefania Cisneros, 26, of the 19400 block of Fairview Drive, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of disorderly conduct (creating a false alarm), and was arrested Feb. 26 in the 19400 block of Fairview Drive, unincorporated Mundelein. They were released and assigned a court date of March 13.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Jack D. Collins, 18, of the 600 block of Marine Drive, Wauconda, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a firearm, and was arrested Feb. 26 in the 28700 block of W. Fox River Drive, unincorporated Barrington. He was released and a court date of March 19 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO LAND

Adam S. Foster, 30, of the 500 block of Fox Ridge Drive, Fox Lake, is accused of criminal trespass to land, and was arrested Feb. 27 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Volo. He was released and was assigned a court date of April 29.

THEFT

Joshua B. Kurtz, 49, of the 28900 block of South Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Feb. 27 at Route 12 and Grand Avenue, Fox Lake. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of March 27 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

Kemani T. Bettis, 23, of the 7100 block of S. Richmond Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 29 at Route 173 and Gabriel Avenue, Zion. They were released after the arrest.

FLEEING AND ELUDING

• Ashley R. Thompson, 35, of the 100 block of Lawrence Avenue, Woodstock, had a warrant for aggravated fleeing and eluding, and was arrested March 1 at Route 12 and Grand Avenue, Fox Lake. She was released and was assigned a court date of March 18.
• Benjamin Rodriguez, 28, of the 900 block of Stratford Lane, Mundelein, had a warrant for fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, and was arrested March 1 in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Alfonso Monrroy-Serrano, 40, of the 700 block of Utica Street, Waukegan is accused of aggravated DUI, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 1 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of March 11 was assigned.
• Mitchell W. Boeckmann, 29, of the 26400 block of W. South Street, Ingleside, is accused of DUI alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested March 1 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and was assigned a court date of April 17.
• Cassie L. Fluegel, 37, of the 111000 block of Thrush Creek Drive, Richmond, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 2 at Grass Lake Road and Broadway Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. She was released and was assigned a court date of April 17.
• Jose A. Maldonado-Delgado, 52, of the 1400 block of Elizabeth Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and was arrested March 2 at 33rd Street and Carol Lane, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 10.
• Maria J. Gonzalez-Hernandez, 52, of the 800 block of N. Linden Avenue, Waukegan is accused of DUI alcohol, endangering the life of a child, and was arrested March 2 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. She was released and was assigned a court date of April 3.
• Salvador Alanis Moreno, 27, of the 900 block of Lenox Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested March 2 at Wadsworth Road and Evergreen Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and was assigned a court date of April 10.
• Siumara Rodriguez, 30, of the 0-100 block of N. Hainesville Road, Hainesville, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (71 mph in 45 mph zone), open transportation of alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested March 2 at Washington Street and Linden Avenue, unincorporated Grayslake. They were released and assigned a court date of April 3.
• Thomas E. Iversen, 40, of the 16900 block of W. Serranda Drive, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of DUI drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested March 2 in the 23600 block of W. Park Terrace, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and was assigned a court date of March 25.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Andrew R. Derham, 29, of the 2400 block of Wembley Court, Gurnee, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 1 at Monaville and Farm Hill roads, Round Lake Beach. He was released and was assigned a court date of March 18.
