- Robert William Tait, 35, of the 4200 block of N. Ozark Avenue, Norridge, is accused of speeding, having no valid driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:45 a.m. May 18, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of June 26.
- Juan D. Pacheco-Rodriguez, 36, of the 800 block of 10th Street, Waukegan, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:56 a.m. May 5, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of June 12.
